As a patient of Bankhead Orthodontics, you are automatically enrolled into a patient incentive program to earn rewards. They may be called Bankhead Bucks, Chesterfield Change, Columbia Gold, or Wentzville Rewards, but they all work just the same. With cooperation, you will receive tokens which you can redeem for some really cool prizes!
This is how you earn tokens:
Because keeping your teeth clean and healthy is such an important part of Orthodontic Care we advise you to visit your dentist every six months for a check up and cleaning.
Please print this DENTAL REWARD VOUCHER and take it to your dentist appointment, having them complete the information and we will reward you:
Exam and cleaning = 5 tokens
No cavities = 5 bonus tokens
Good brusher = 1 token
No loose brackets = 1 token
Wear your t-shirt to school and then to your appointment = 1 token
Celebrate your birthday = 2 tokens
Refer a friend = 10 tokens

You can save your tokens or redeem them at any time. All you need to do is
bring them to the front desk and ask one of our staff to help you.
