With offices in Columbia, IL, and O’Fallon, Wentzville, Warrenton and Chesterfield MO, Drs. Brent Bankhead, Richard McDermott and Darren Rodabough specialize in providing orthodontics for children, teens and adults. All three doctors are certified by the American Board of Orthodontists. In addition, as Elite Providers of Invisalign, all of our doctors are in the top 1% of Invisalign providers in the entire world and the
largest provider of Invisalign in the St. Louis area.
Brent Bankhead, DDS, MS  Dr. Bankhead was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He received his Bachelors of Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Iowa where he received the Dow Research award for three straight years. Dr. Bankhead completed his orthodontic training at Saint Louis University, where he received his Masters of Science in Dentistry. He is a frequent lecturer on Invisalign, and has been recognized as one of top Invisalign providers in the world. Dr. Bankhead’s practice is in the top 1% as Elite providers of Invisalign. He is on a panel of 8 for SureSmile lingual arch treatment.Dr. Bankhead began working for his father’s practice, Bankhead Orthodontics, while still in school. After completing his Masters in 1998, he joined his father and became a partner in Bankhead Orthodontics. Dr. Bankhead is a frequent lecturer, speaking at events as large as Invisalign and SureSmile National conventions to individual dental office Lunch & Learns. Some of his most recent topics were “Recession Proofing Your Practice”, “Surviving the Turbulent Times”, Strategies for Succeeding in the Current Economic Climate”, “SureSmile Technology & Orthodontic Treatment”, and “The New Age of Invisalign”. Dr. Bankhead and his wife, Laurice, have three boys, Christian, Spencer and Samuel. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, participating in church activities, and being a leader with the Boy Scouts of America. Dr. Bankhead and his family enjoy many activities together including skiing, horseback riding, martial arts, running and biking. Richard McDermott, DDS, MS  Dr. McDermott was born and raised in the state of Utah. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and completed his orthodontic training at the University of Southern California. He then obtained a Master of Science degree in Craniofacial Biology. Dr. McDermott graduated with honors, and is still a member of the OKU Dental Honors Society.Dr. McDermott and his wife, Lisa, have three children, Parker, Scott and Thomas. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, playing the guitar and piano and is an active leader in his church youth and scouting programs. His first children's book, "Woodchuck Chuck" has recently been published and is available for viewing and purchase on his illustrator's website (+CLICK HERE+) Darren Rodabough, DDS, MS  Dr. Rodabough was born and raised in the state of Washington. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Rodabough graduated with Honors, as well as being the recipient of numerous clinical and leadership awards. Dr. Rodabough received his orthodontic training at Saint Louis University where he received his Masters of Science in Dentistry. Dr. Rodabough also had a fellowship at the Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine, where he taught pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Dr. Rodabough joined Dr. Bankhead and Dr. McDermott in practice in 2006. He has been a partner since 2009. Dr. Rodabough is a frequent lecturer, speaking at events as large as Invisalign and SureSmile National conventions to individual dental office Lunch & Learns. Some of his most recent topics were “SureSmile Technology & Orthodontic Treatment” and “The New Age of Invisalign”. Dr. Rodabough and his wife, Erin, have four children, McKay, Natalie, David and Samuel. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, participating in church activities, playing basketball and reading. Dr. Rodabough also enjoys running in several marathons each year.
